We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for most items.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable.
How to Return
Log in to your account, go to your orders, select the item to return, choose a reason, and schedule a pickup. Our courier will collect the item from your doorstep within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order. Alternatively, contact our support team for direct exchanges.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: innerwear, swimwear, sale items marked as final sale, customized products, and items without original packaging.
